En el apartado teleivisivo destaca un año más The Vampire Diaries, serie del canal The CW que ha recibido cinco nominaciones, pero no es la única sino que Pretty Little Liars también ha recibido cinco nominaciones, mientras que Teen Wolf ha logrado dos o Glee que ha recibido tres.
La ceremonia de entrega de los Teen Choice Awards 2014 se celebrará el próximo 10 de Agosto y será emitida por la cadena americana FOX.
